Orbisay exists so people can share ideas and connect in a human and responsible way. These rules apply to posts, comments, profiles, messages and other interactions.
Not allowed
- Illegal content or instructions intended to facilitate crime.
- Credible threats, incitement to violence or glorification of violence against identifiable people.
- Targeted harassment, stalking or intimidation.
- Unlawful hateful content or attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming or sexualisation of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation.
- Doxxing or unauthorised disclosure of personal data creating risk.
- Fraud, phishing, scams or spam.
- Malware, technical exploitation or attempts to compromise the service.
- Deceptive impersonation.
- Deliberate infringement of copyright or other third-party rights.
- Artificial manipulation of likes, accounts, reports or platform systems.
Enforcement
Responses may include warning, feature restrictions, reduced visibility, removal, temporary suspension or account termination depending on severity, context, repeat behaviour and applicable law.
Reports are not automatic proof. Serious decisions should be assessed diligently and proportionately.
Appeals
Where a moderation decision is eligible for appeal, users may use the appeal mechanism available in their account.
