1. Current position

At initial launch, Orbisay uses only cookies and equivalent technologies that are strictly necessary for service operation, security and authentication.

At this stage we do not use behavioural advertising cookies, advertising tracking or optional analytics before consent.

2. Necessary categories

We may use:
- session/authentication cookies protected with HttpOnly and Secure in production;
- CSRF/anti-forgery tokens or mechanisms;
- cookies or local storage strictly necessary for security and functional preferences such as language or interface state;
- temporary technical identifiers necessary for abuse protection.

3. Consent

Where a technology is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, it may be used without prior consent as permitted by applicable law.

If optional analytics, advertising, pixels, non-essential personalisation or marketing are introduced later, Orbisay will implement consent controls before activating those categories where legally required.

4. Management

You can delete cookies through browser settings. Removing strictly necessary cookies may end sessions or prevent some features from working.

5. Changes

This Policy will be updated before new categories of cookies or equivalent technologies are introduced.
