1. Purpose

Orbisay provides a dedicated electronic mechanism allowing any person or entity to notify us of content they consider illegal.

This channel is separate from ordinary Community Guidelines reports.

2. Information required

To support diligent review, a notice should include where applicable:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is alleged to be illegal;
- the exact URL or identifier enabling us to locate it;
- the alleged legal category or basis, if known;
- the notifier's name and email, subject to exceptions required by law;
- a good-faith statement that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.

3. Handling

Where electronic contact details are available, Orbisay aims to acknowledge receipt without undue delay.

Notices are assessed diligently, objectively, non-arbitrarily and proportionately. The existence of a notice does not automatically establish illegality.

When a decision is made, and where applicable, the notifier and/or affected user will receive information about the decision, reasons and available redress.

4. Preservation and authorities

We may preserve relevant information where necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, respond to valid orders or protect rights.
