1. Data-protection rights

Where applicable, you may request:
- access to personal data;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- portability;
- objection to certain processing;
- withdrawal of consent at any time where processing relies on consent.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

2. How to exercise rights

To protect the account and third parties, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm identity before fulfilling a request.

3. Timing

We respond without undue delay and generally within the period required by applicable law. Complex or numerous requests may justify an extension where permitted, with notice to the requester.

4. Export

Where applicable, you can request an export of data associated with your account. The file is generated asynchronously and made available through a protected, temporary mechanism.

5. Account deletion

You may request account deletion. The process may include immediate session revocation, a configured grace period and later deletion or pseudonymisation.

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, establish or defend rights, maintain security, document moderation decisions or comply with retention obligations.

6. Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

7. Moderation appeals

Privacy rights are separate from moderation appeals. To challenge a content or account decision, use the Orbisay appeal mechanism where available.
