1. Emergencies

Orbisay is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk of death, violence or physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities.

2. Safety tools

Users can report content and accounts, hide reported content for themselves where applicable, and use support and appeal mechanisms.

3. Prioritisation

We may prioritise cases indicating credible threats, serious risk, child exploitation, violence, significant fraud, exposure of personal data or security compromise.

Priority does not mean automatic enforcement. Review should consider context and proportionality.

4. Minors

Orbisay's launch minimum age is 16. We aim for privacy and safety by default and do not publicly expose date of birth or unnecessary personal data.

5. Account security

Use a unique strong password. Never share verification codes or sessions. If compromise is suspected, change your password, revoke sessions and contact support.

6. Vulnerabilities

Security reports should be sent to [email protected]. Do not access third-party data, destroy information or exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
